Malcolm’s Anatomy Foundation is in search of a Communications and Outreach Lead to supervise the Foundation’s communications activities across various digital channels. This position entails managing the Foundation’s public representation, which encompasses webinars, media engagements, strategic partnerships, and critical organizational announcements.

The Communications Lead will concentrate on developing and implementing communications strategies rather than general content creation, while coordinating efforts and managing publications across various teams and platforms.

Oversee and execute core duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to ensure organizational objectives are met efficiently. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance productivity, compliance, and performance across all departments. Collaborate with senior management to align business strategies with long-term goals while fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess progress and identify areas for enhancement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, delegate tasks effectively, and empower teams to achieve measurable results. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Drive change management initiatives to adapt to evolving market conditions and technological advancements.

Host and market webinars and events to maximize attendance and engagement by leveraging digital channels, email campaigns, and strategic partnerships. Develop compelling promotional content, including emails, social media posts, and landing pages, tailored to target audiences. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with brand messaging. Track performance metrics to assess effectiveness and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Drive awareness for approved webinars and public events by strategically distributing promotional content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and additional marketing channels.

Craft and execute strategies to enhance audience engagement and maximize visibility for events, ensuring meaningful interactions and broad exposure.

Collaborate closely with the Programs Department to guarantee the prompt issuance of announcements.

Conduct interviews and oversee the distribution of media content to ensure timely and accurate dissemination to relevant audiences and platforms.

Responsibilities include managing and directing the publication process for recorded interviews and discussions. This entails ensuring timely release and adherence to publication standards and guidelines. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with relevant teams to finalize content for dissemination.

Collaborate closely with video editors to curate and assemble clips, key highlights, and concise summaries.

Ensure that content is consistently published across YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and the Foundation’s official website.

The team is responsible for disseminating timely updates regarding partnerships, program developments, and key milestones achieved by the Foundation.

Maintain uniform messaging across all public-facing channels to foster cohesive and reliable communication.

Ensure communications remain consistently aligned with the strategic objectives and priorities of the organization.

Google Ad Grants Management involves overseeing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns funded by the Google Ad Grants program, which provides eligible nonprofits with up to $10,000 monthly in in-kind advertising credits. Responsibilities include developing strategic keyword targeting, creating compelling ad copy, and continuously monitoring campaign performance to maximize impact while adhering to the program’s strict requirements, such as maintaining a 5% click-through rate (CTR). The role requires expertise in digital advertising, proficiency in Google Ads and Analytics, and a deep understanding of nonprofit marketing goals to drive measurable conversions, such as donations or volunteer sign-ups. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, possess at least three years of experience in paid search advertising, and demonstrate a track record of managing successful Google Ad Grants accounts. Familiarity with nonprofit sector challenges and compliance with Google’s policies is essential.

Drive awareness and engagement for critical Foundation resources, including webinars, strategic campaigns, and the provider directory, to enhance accessibility and utilization among target audiences.

Effectively facilitates collaboration among team members, ensuring clear communication and alignment toward shared objectives. Establishes structured workflows to optimize productivity and resolves conflicts to maintain a cohesive work environment. Monitors progress through regular check-ins, providing support and resources as needed to meet deadlines and achieve goals.

Oversee the workflow and collaboration among video editors, graphic designers, and content volunteers, ensuring cohesive execution of projects.

Oversee the delegation of assignments and guarantee the punctual completion of communication deliverables.

Collaborate effectively with the Programs and Partnerships teams to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with organizational goals.

Seeking applicants with a minimum of three years of experience in a related field, along with proficiency in industry-standard software tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include conducting thorough research, preparing detailed reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives.
