A dynamic and innovative professional with a keen sense of visual aesthetics is sought to fill the position with GRAPHIC DESIGN PERSONNEL. This role encompasses graphic design, video editing, and creative oversight to deliver outstanding visual content tailored for our e-commerce platform.
Oversee and execute a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational objectives. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. Monitor progress, evaluate performance metrics, and provide timely feedback to teams to foster continuous improvement. Facilitate communication between departments to align initiatives with company goals and resolve operational challenges. Additionally, mentor staff, allocate resources effectively, and identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance productivity and profitability.
Collaborate on the creation and execution of innovative design concepts and visual solutions for a range of marketing collateral, such as social media graphics, print materials, digital advertisements, and web design projects.
Collaborate on the development of dynamic and aesthetically compelling video content tailored for diverse digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft innovative campaigns and strategic initiatives.
Partner with the content and marketing teams to implement and deliver campaigns effectively.
Collaborating with our advertising and media specialists to enhance marketing performance and achieve superior outcomes.
Maintain uniform brand representation across all visual assets to uphold cohesive brand identity.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience, proficiency in industry-specific software tools, and a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are preferred. A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability to evolving industry trends are essential.
Experience as a graphic designer with a demonstrated history of success, supported by a compelling portfolio that highlights design expertise.
Proficient in utilizing graphic design software, including CorelDRAW and CANVA, to produce compelling advertising visuals such as images and banners.
A strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with expertise in video editing tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects, is essential for producing compelling advertising content.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and collaborative skills in both independent and team environments.

The position necessitates the candidate’s willingness to reside within the vicinity of the company’s KET-Epe, Lagos, Nigeria facility.
