Job Summary
We are in search of a proactive and seasoned Facility Manager to ensure the seamless maintenance, safety, security, and operational efficiency of our facilities and company assets.
Seeking a highly motivated professional to oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Must possess a minimum of five years in a managerial role within the relevant field, along with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in data analysis and financial management is essential, alongside excellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and team members. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline is required, and professional certifications are a plus. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget oversight, process optimization, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a closely aligned discipline is essential.
A minimum of three years of pertinent professional experience is required.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in facility maintenance, asset management, and vendor coordination.
Proven expertise in leadership, strong organizational capabilities, and exceptional problem-solving proficiency are essential.
