Our client, a prominent Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) firm, seeks a Process Improvement & Implementation Manager to spearhead organization-wide execution, governance, and operational excellence programs.

What You’ll Do

Implement policies, workflows, SOPs, and internal SLAs to ensure operational excellence and adherence to organizational standards.

Facilitate seamless collaboration among various departments to ensure cohesive execution of projects and initiatives.

Monitor and oversee the advancement of projects, ensuring all initiatives, deadlines, timelines, potential risks, and adoption metrics are systematically tracked and evaluated.

Enhance reporting governance structures and reinforce operational accountability measures to ensure compliance with established standards and foster a culture of transparency and responsibility across the organization.

Facilitate the standardization of processes and drive ongoing enhancements to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness across operations.

Collaborate closely with senior management to guarantee the successful implementation of strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

With a minimum of five years of professional experience, you have led initiatives in process improvement, project management offices (PMO), organizational transformation, operational management, governance frameworks, or business analysis.

Skilled in coordinating projects and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.

Skilled in designing and executing operational frameworks that enhance cross-team collaboration and efficiency. Adept at establishing streamlined workflows and integrating best practices to drive consistent performance improvements. Proven ability to align diverse teams under unified processes while ensuring scalability and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Proficiency in utilizing reporting dashboards, monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), and overseeing workflow management systems is required.

Proficiency in EPC, engineering, oil & gas, or telecom sectors—or within structured corporate or consulting frameworks—is considered a valuable asset.

Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous, as are any other comparable credentials.

Tools/Skills: Proficiency in software development methodologies, effective use of version control systems such as Git, and experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Strong understanding of programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, as well as familiarity with frameworks like Django, Spring Boot, or .NET. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is essential. Additionally, expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, API development, and RESTful services, along with problem-solving abilities and collaborative teamwork, is required.

Conduct systematic process mapping initiatives to visualize workflows, identify inefficiencies, and document current and future state operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather detailed process data, analyze performance metrics, and pinpoint bottlenecks or redundancies. Develop clear, actionable process maps using standard methodologies and tools to enhance clarity and facilitate stakeholder understanding. Recommend improvements based on findings, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Present findings and proposed solutions to leadership and relevant teams to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Develop and maintain dynamic reporting and tracking dashboards to provide real-time insights into key performance metrics. Implement data visualization tools to transform complex datasets into clear, actionable information for stakeholders. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, accurate, and updated regularly to support informed decision-making across departments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs, optimize dashboard functionality, and align visualizations with organizational goals. Possess proficiency in dashboard software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) and strong analytical skills to interpret trends and anomalies.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all modifications are implemented smoothly, with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Key responsibilities include managing the change control process, assessing potential impacts of proposed changes, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to secure necessary approvals. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to document change requests accurately and maintain comprehensive records. Additionally, the role requires the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to evolving requirements while adhering to established policies and procedures.

Demonstrated expertise in engaging and collaborating with stakeholders across various levels to align their interests with organizational objectives. Responsible for fostering transparent communication channels, identifying key stakeholders, and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Requires strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and the capacity to build consensus among diverse groups to drive project success and mitigate potential conflicts.

Proficiency in diagramming tools such as Vision, Lucid chart, or comparable software is essential for this role.
