Responsibilties
Support will be provided to all operational units, encompassing administrative, financial, and human resources departments.
Guarantee the completion of operational tasks within the designated budgetary limits and established schedules.
Responsible for allocating budgets and managing expenses related to all operational activities within the business.
Perform routine operational evaluations and assessments to facilitate proactive maintenance measures.
Establish clear, measurable objectives to ensure alignment with and achievement of performance benchmarks.
Deliver expert support to team members in addressing and resolving operational challenges and obstacles.
Ensure that resource allocation, task distribution, training initiatives, and performance evaluations are executed promptly and efficiently.
Deliver outstanding customer service to cultivate and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Hold routine gatherings with staff members to review operational progress, exchange ideas, and address challenges.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with precision and efficiency to ensure timely and accurate solutions.
Devise and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing operational performance and maximizing productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of five years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential, along with strong problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with agile methodologies, version control systems, and cloud platforms is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are also necessary. Additionally, experience with full-stack development, DevOps practices, or cybersecurity principles is advantageous.
Qualified applicants must hold an OND, HND, or Bachelor’s Degree, coupled with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.
