Advocate on behalf of clients in Magistrate Courts, High Courts, and Appellate Courts.
Offer expert legal guidance and assistance to the firm and its clients, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while addressing their legal needs effectively.
Perform comprehensive legal research and develop thorough legal opinions.
Devise case strategies and oversee all facets of courtroom readiness, ensuring meticulous preparation and coordination.
Facilitate negotiations, settlement talks, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms as needed to achieve mutually acceptable outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; proven experience in a similar role; proficiency in industry-standard software; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively; excellent organizational and time-management capabilities; familiarity with project management methodologies; commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
