Job Summary
A highly proficient IT Officer is sought to oversee and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including systems, networks, hardware, software, CCTV systems, and data backup protocols.
The successful applicant will oversee seamless IT operations, deliver technical assistance, uphold system security, and facilitate business continuity initiatives.
Seeking candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a similar role, coupled with a strong academic background in a related field. Proficiency in essential software tools and technologies pertinent to the position is mandatory. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Additionally, candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines. A proven track record of problem-solving and analytical thinking is highly desirable. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is also expected.
A Bachelor’s degree, Higher National Diploma, or Ordinary National Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline is required.
Requires 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT support or administration roles.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in computer systems, network infrastructure, technical troubleshooting, and data backup solutions.
Effective communication, analytical problem-solving, and strong organizational abilities are essential for this role.
