Summary
We seek a diligent and committed Male Compound Cleaner to become part of our team in Marlboro.
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient task completion. Coordinate team activities, delegate responsibilities, and monitor progress toward established goals. Address workflow bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance productivity. Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating communication between departments. Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Provide guidance and support to team members to optimize performance and professional development. Conduct performance evaluations and address areas for improvement through constructive feedback. Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and present key metrics to leadership.
Ensure the compound and its adjacent surroundings remain consistently clean and well-maintained at all times.
Responsible for thoroughly sweeping and mopping floors, as well as ensuring proper disposal of all waste materials in accordance with established sanitation guidelines.
Daily maintenance of the environment is conducted on a consistent basis to uphold cleanliness and orderliness.
Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and hygiene regulations to maintain a secure and compliant work environment.
Conduct any additional cleaning tasks as designated by management, ensuring all responsibilities are fulfilled in accordance with established standards.
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a comparable role, along with a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as is proficiency in [specific software/tools relevant to the role]. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with industry standards and compliance regulations is highly desirable.
