We develop, execute, and oversee paid advertising initiatives spanning Meta platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube.

Design and organize campaigns, audiences, ad sets, and budgets to maximize performance while ensuring efficient spending.

Align each campaign with the organization’s strategic objectives, financial performance targets, and established brand standards to ensure cohesive execution and measurable impact.

Assume complete responsibility for campaign setup, execution, and performance management, overseeing all phases from initial launch through to ongoing optimization.

Campaign Optimization and Expansion: Enhancing performance metrics and strategically scaling initiatives to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI while ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustained growth. This involves analyzing data-driven insights, refining targeting parameters, and implementing scalable solutions to elevate campaign effectiveness and achieve predetermined business objectives.

Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and refine strategies in alignment with critical metrics such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS).

Analyze and determine successful campaigns, then implement robust scaling strategies to optimize revenue generation effectively.

Analyze underperforming campaigns and implement prompt, data-informed corrective measures to optimize performance.

Rigorously evaluate creatives, messaging, targeting approaches, and promotional offers to enhance campaign performance incrementally.

Improving website performance and optimizing conversion funnels to enhance user experience and drive higher engagement and conversions.

Craft and refine landing pages and product pages to enhance the efficiency of converting visitors into paying customers.

Analyze the customer journey to pinpoint areas where drop-offs occur, implementing strategic solutions to minimize friction and enhance completion rates.

Ensure complete consistency among advertising messaging, landing pages, and product offerings to provide users with a cohesive and uninterrupted experience.

Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance funnel performance metrics and maximize conversion efficiency across the entire pipeline.

SEO & Organic Growth: Spearhead initiatives to enhance search engine optimization and drive sustainable growth through organic channels. Requirements

Professionals should hold either an OND, HND, or B.Sc. degree, accompanied by a minimum of two and up to eight years of relevant work experience.
