What You’ll Be Doing

As a Brand Designer, you will contribute to defining Hugo’s presence across diverse digital, physical, and internal touchpoints. Collaborating with teams in brand, marketing, employer branding, events, and sales, you will develop polished, high-impact creative solutions that align with the company’s dynamic identity.

A strong candidate for this position will possess solid graphic design expertise, an astute sense of brand systems and layout, and the versatility to seamlessly transition between conceptual and production tasks within a dynamic setting.

We are seeking a talented Brand & Marketing Design professional to oversee and execute creative strategies that elevate our brand presence and engage our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for visual storytelling and a strong command of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout composition. Responsibilities include developing cohesive brand identities, crafting compelling marketing materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all channels. Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, and a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects are required. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent communication skills to articulate creative concepts and provide guidance to stakeholders.

Design digital and print materials for marketing initiatives, sales campaigns, employer branding efforts, and internal communications initiatives.

Develop compelling visual content for social media platforms, including graphics, presentations, one-pagers, advertisements, and event collateral, as well as other branded materials.

Campaign & Content Support personnel provide essential assistance in developing and executing marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency across all channels. They collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content, from social media posts to email campaigns, while tracking performance metrics to optimize engagement. Additionally, they manage content calendars, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of materials. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in content management tools, and a keen eye for detail are required, along with the ability to adapt to evolving marketing trends and strategies.

Work collaboratively with marketing, communications, people operations, and revenue teams to plan and execute campaigns and product launches.

Provide event branding and creative production assistance for conferences, activations, and strategic partnerships.

Collaborate on the development of innovative concepts for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement programs.

We oversee the entire production lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. Our responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams to align on timelines, quality standards, and resource allocation.
