A competitive salary ranging from $200,000 to $300,000 is offered for this position.
We require a skilled Blow Machine Technician to manage the operation, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of blow molding machines, ensuring optimal production efficiency and reduced downtime.
The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable role. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities are required to effectively collaborate across teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and the capacity to meet strict deadlines are also necessary. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to adapt to evolving industry trends.
OND certification and/or Trade Test certifications at levels I, II, and III in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or a comparable discipline are required.
Requires a minimum of four to five years of practical experience within a plastics manufacturing environment.
Skilled in operating Jagmohan, CMP, IBM (Injection Blow Molding), and John Hugh blow molding machinery.
Proficient in machine setup, mold changeovers, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance procedures.
Proficient knowledge of quality assurance protocols and safety compliance standards is required.
Capable of working autonomously while consistently achieving established production goals.
