Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Development Associate to lead and mentor our sales development team, driving consistent production of high-quality leads while maintaining CRM integrity and enhancing conversion rates throughout the sales pipeline.

Oversee and execute various tasks integral to the role, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards. Coordinate with team members to facilitate efficient workflows and achieve departmental objectives. Perform data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making processes. Spearhead the direction and supervision of a team comprising Sales Development Associates (SDA’s).

Create and document the outbound sales development script. Write down the full SDA qualification process so that anyone can follow it.

Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Develop engaging learning materials and facilitate sessions to ensure knowledge retention. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and measure the effectiveness of programs. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate relevant methodologies. Requires experience in instructional design, strong communication skills, and proficiency in learning management systems.

Develop and implement a comprehensive training program tailored for newly onboarded Software Development Analysts to ensure a smooth integration into the team.

Develop comprehensive training materials, design live test marking schemes, and create recorded assessment content.

Ensure that newly hired Service Delivery Associates (SDA’s) are fully prepared to handle customer calls upon deployment. Deliver continuous training updates whenever modifications occur in scripts, products, or operational procedures.

Responsible for overseeing the administration and strategic distribution of leads, ensuring optimal allocation to the appropriate teams or individuals for timely follow-up and conversion.

Responsibilities include distributing incoming leads to SDRs for qualification purposes.

Oversee the administration of partner-generated lead lists, guaranteeing equitable and streamlined distribution processes.

Plan and oversee the team’s efforts to prequalify previously closed-lost leads and churned accounts, creating fresh opportunities for growth.

Develop strategic outbound sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market reach. Identify high-potential prospects through thorough market research and targeted outreach, ensuring alignment with organizational sales objectives. Establish and maintain robust pipelines by executing structured sales processes, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and conversion tracking. Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, optimize sales strategies, and enhance overall performance. Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize opportunities and maximize sales efficiency while meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
