Evaluate and monitor student development, offering constructive feedback and modifying instructional methods as needed.
Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to support student development and foster a cohesive educational environment.
Support students’ social-emotional growth while cultivating a positive classroom environment and reinforcing appropriate behaviors.
Attend staff meetings, engage in professional development opportunities, and partake in social events to foster collaboration and team cohesion.
Seeking a candidate with a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, preferably holding a degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are required to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with project management methodologies and adherence to deadlines are also necessary. The ideal applicant should demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
A bachelor’s degree in Elementary/Primary Education or a closely related discipline is required.
A valid state teaching certificate or license specific to primary education is required.
Demonstrated experience in primary classroom instruction, encompassing both formal student teaching and prior teaching roles.
Excellent proficiency in classroom management techniques and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues are essential.
Dedication to individualized instruction and learner-focused educational strategies is essential.
