The Finance Coordinator/Internal Auditor will oversee the organization’s financial management and internal audit functions. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CIA, CPA, or ARCA. A minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or an equivalent qualification.

A minimum of one to two years of relevant professional experience is required, along with a Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.

Minimum of three to six years in a leadership position, with a strong background in financial management and reporting.

Proficiency in donor grants and other client-funded programs, as well as contracting and auditing standards, is essential for overseeing the effective management of multi-year funds.

ACA, CNA, ARCA, CPA, ALAN, or any other pertinent professional certification is a mandatory prerequisite for this role.
