Possession of an OND and/or Trade Test certification at Levels I, II, and III in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance fields, or in a closely related discipline, is a mandatory requirement for this position.
With a minimum of four to five years of practical involvement in a plastic manufacturing environment, candidates should bring substantial hands-on expertise.
With hands-on expertise in operating Johan, CMP, IBM (Injection Blow Molding), and John Hugh blow molding machinery, the ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing these advanced systems to produce high-quality molded products efficiently and consistently.
Possesses extensive expertise in machine setup, mold changes, troubleshooting procedures, and preventive maintenance practices.
Proficiency in quality control protocols and adherence to safety standards is required.
Proven capability to work autonomously while consistently achieving established production benchmarks.
