The ideal candidate will manage workshop operations, ensure fleet maintenance, deliver exceptional customer service, lead the team effectively, uphold safety compliance, optimize cost control, and drive business growth.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership to drive organizational success and ensure alignment with business objectives. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency, productivity, and compliance across all departments. Requires a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL, and strong problem-solving abilities. The position demands excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, as well as a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reporting and documentation. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory, and experience with project management methodologies is highly desirable. HND or B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a comparable discipline is required.
A minimum of a decade of hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of trucks or heavy-duty vehicles within a workshop environment is required.
With a minimum of seven years of experience in a workshop leadership or management capacity.
Proven track record in overseeing fleet maintenance initiatives and directing the operations of commercial workshops is essential.
Possesses extensive expertise in truck diagnostics, repair procedures, preventive maintenance techniques, and workshop administration.
