Job Summary

Our ideal candidate will be a visionary Brand & Marketing Manager, tasked with propelling brand expansion, implementing cohesive marketing strategies, and deepening audience connections.

This position encompasses overseeing campaigns, cultivating partnerships, securing sponsorships, and fostering stakeholder relationships to amplify brand presence and advance business goals across all channels.

Oversee and execute critical operational duties to ensure seamless organizational functioning. This includes managing day-to-day activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the role involves analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth and innovation.

Formulate and execute brand and marketing strategies that are fully aligned with organizational goals to drive growth and enhance market presence.

Perform comprehensive market research initiatives to analyze audience behavior, identify emerging market trends, and evaluate competitive actions.

Develop and implement cohesive marketing initiatives spanning digital, print, outdoor, and broadcast platforms to maximize brand reach and engagement.

Collaborate with internal marketing teams comprising content, design, and social media specialists to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.

We analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement, implementing strategic adjustments that boost engagement and maximize return on investment.

Responsibilities include identifying, securing, and overseeing sponsorship opportunities along with cultivating and managing strategic partnerships.

Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with corporate entities, key stakeholders, and pertinent institutions to foster collaborative opportunities and strengthen organizational ties.

Identify and pursue available grant opportunities while maintaining adherence to all reporting mandates and regulatory obligations.

Monitor marketing KPIs and compile performance reports for executive assessment.

The essential qualifications for this position include a minimum of five years of experience in a related field, along with a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools is mandatory, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of leadership and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, familiarity with regulatory compliance and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or an equivalent field is required.

With a minimum of five to seven years of professional experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or closely related fields, you will bring a deep understanding of strategic brand development and execution. Your background includes hands-on involvement in shaping brand identities, crafting compelling messaging, and driving integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Demonstrated expertise in leveraging communications to enhance brand visibility and engagement is essential, as is the ability to analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform data-driven decisions.

Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring optimal performance and collaboration among team members.

Demonstrates a deep comprehension of integrated marketing principles, brand development strategies, and corporate communications frameworks.

Proven track record in overseeing partnerships, securing sponsorships, coordinating corporate engagements, and executing events.

Proficient in both written and verbal communication with clarity and precision.

Demonstrates exceptional ability to manage stakeholders effectively and coordinate team efforts seamlessly.

Proficient in evaluating campaign effectiveness and refining approaches to enhance engagement levels and maximize return on investment.
