* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent professional experience may be considered.
* Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++.
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles, along with the ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
* Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with agile development methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Effective communication abilities to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Prior involvement in full-stack development or DevOps practices is a significant advantage.
A civil engineering bachelor’s degree is required for consideration.
Professional certification or registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (CORE) would be advantageous.
