Job Summary:
The Senior Sales Executive will spearhead the sales of vehicles, industrial equipment, and power generators by uncovering business opportunities, cultivating and sustaining customer relationships, and meeting designated sales and revenue objectives.
Seeking a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with a minimum of five years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in project management software and tools. Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities are essential.
The position demands expertise in automotive products, exceptional negotiation capabilities, and the capacity to develop and oversee a diverse portfolio comprising both corporate and retail customers.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of relevant work experience. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in standard software applications. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and methodologies is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
A bachelor’s degree or higher national diploma in Marketing or Business Administration is required, along with 2 to 6 years of professional experience in the automotive, furniture and equipment, or electronics industry.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ICT competencies alongside polished presentation abilities.
A monthly salary ranging from N300,000 to N350,000 is offered.
