What You’ll Do:
Accountable for establishing and surpassing aggressive sales objectives, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional revenue growth while maintaining a strong focus on customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Develop and transform premium B2B prospects into qualified leads, ensuring alignment with target market criteria and maximizing conversion efficiency through strategic engagement initiatives.
Direct the full sales process, overseeing each stage from initial prospect identification through to final contract execution.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with agricultural producers, vendors, and purchasers throughout the supply chain to enhance collaboration and operational efficiency.
Analyze and develop innovative avenues for generating new revenue streams to enhance overall business growth.
Engage directly with clients in the field to foster business relationships and expedite the finalization of agreements.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven B2B sales expertise spanning a minimum of three to four years is required.
Achieved a consistent history of surpassing established sales quotas.
Accomplished negotiation and interpersonal abilities are essential, enabling the effective conveyance of ideas and resolution of conflicts through clear, persuasive dialogue.
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and unwavering determination to achieve goals.
Proficiency in Technology, SaaS, Agriculture, or Supply Chain serves as an asset for this role.
