The Account and HR Executive will oversee the daily financial activities and human resource processes for RP Facilities Limited.
This position combines critical functions to deliver precise financial reporting, streamline payroll operations, uphold regulatory HR compliance, and enhance employee satisfaction, all in support of the company’s facilities management objectives.
Oversee a comprehensive range of duties encompassing primary obligations, which include conducting strategic planning initiatives, executing project oversight, and ensuring adherence to established protocols. Manage critical tasks associated with team leadership, resource allocation, and performance evaluation to drive operational excellence and achieve departmental objectives. Facilitate seamless collaboration across departments, fostering an environment of open communication and accountability while addressing challenges proactively. Monitor progress through regular reporting mechanisms and implement corrective measures as necessary to maintain alignment with organizational goals.
Accounting & Financial Management involves overseeing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing financial performance through strategic planning and analysis. This role requires proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax preparation, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include managing budgets, conducting audits, and providing insights to support informed decision-making. Candidates must possess a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA, and typically have several years of experience in a financial management role.
The incumbent will systematically record and manage all daily financial transactions, including petty cash, to ensure precision in financial documentation.
Generate client invoices with efficiency and pursue outstanding accounts receivable with diligence to ensure timely collection.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough reviews of vendor invoices, executing timely payments, and fostering strong vendor partnerships.
Reporting responsibilities include collaborating on the compilation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Prepare and submit monthly statutory tax returns, including VAT, WHT, and PAYE, ensuring full adherence to local regulatory requirements.
Human Resources & Administration plays a critical role in fostering an efficient, compliant, and employee-centric workplace, ensuring seamless operations across recruitment, employee relations, and workplace policies. This function oversees talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration while maintaining strict adherence to labor laws and organizational standards. Additionally, it manages facilities, procurement, and office logistics to create a productive and secure environment for staff. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with expertise in HR systems, compliance, and administrative processes to support both employees and leadership effectively.
Responsible for accurately calculating and processing monthly staff salaries, while meticulously tracking deductions, bonuses, and pension contributions.

Required: A bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is essential. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git is also required.
A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or Business Administration is required.
Seasoned professionals with a track record of 2 to 4 years in managing both accounting and human resources responsibilities are encouraged to apply.
High-level expertise is required in accounting software platforms, including QuickBooks, Sage, and Zoho, in addition to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experienced in navigating Nigerian Labor Law, personal income tax regulations, and pension schemes, with a solid grasp of their practical implications.
