Design and deploy RESTful and SOAP-based APIs to facilitate SMS delivery, comprehensive reporting, and advanced analytics.
Monitor and maintain SMPP connections to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency while ensuring peak performance at all times.
Collaborate with telecom providers and clients to initiate and maintain SMPP connections.
Examine system logs to troubleshoot messaging failures, latency problems, and delivery discrepancies.
Collaborate with various vendors and telecommunications providers to enhance SMS routing efficiency and develop competitive pricing strategies.
Create automation solutions and scripting tools to enhance the efficiency of messaging workflows.
Familiarize yourself promptly with our existing Aggregator Platform through active collaboration with our technical partners.
Professionally configuring various VPN tunnels and resolving VPN and networking issues within live environments are essential duties.
Proficiency with the TCP/IP stack and foundational networking protocols, along with familiarity in firewall policies, routing protocols, virtual interfaces, and user authentication protocols, is required.
Proficient in developing and optimizing both user-space and kernel-space traffic flow paths. Experience with performance tuning for VPN traffic paths is advantageous.
Proficiency in gateway, firewall, and router technologies is essential for this role.
Proficiency in TCP/IP addressing, routing mechanisms, and troubleshooting methodologies is required.
