Oversee and execute critical operational duties encompassing strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation to ensure organizational objectives are met. Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure the business and team meet pre-established turnaround timelines.

Regularly conduct reconciliations across multiple accounts or evaluate reconciliations prepared by colleagues, ensuring prompt investigation and resolution of any discrepancies.

Identify discrepancies and issues impacting accounting records and pricing, promptly notifying the Team Lead/Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts, while aiding in their resolution.

Prepare periodic reports for management, summarizing Fund activities and other pertinent issues.

Produce precise and punctual production and delivery of reporting to clients through meticulous oversight of efficient and error-free trade processing.

Verify that all postings and ledgers related to Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) align accurately with corresponding bank entries on a daily basis.

Offer expert advice to key stakeholders regarding suggested actions to address unresolved reconciliation discrepancies.

Escalate any unresolved reconciliation items that exceed the predefined threshold or have surpassed the agreed-upon aging period to the Head of Investment Operations & Fund Accounts.

Proficiency in the financial services sector, with a particular emphasis on the insurance industry or investment business, is required.

Process all business-related operating expenses by disbursing funds from the designated bank accounts.

Ensures accurate filing and secure storage of all relevant documentation.

Ensures the accuracy and consistency of all data entries maintained within the CRA system.

Ensure all wire transfers—whether inward or outward—and those associated with investments are settled promptly.

Facilitate the prompt and accurate settlement of all financial securities transactions with the corresponding counterparties.
