We seek a skilled Blow Machine Technician to operate, configure, maintain, and repair blow molding machines, ensuring optimal production efficiency and reducing downtime.
Requirements:
Possesses OND and/or Trade Test certificates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, or an equivalent discipline.
A minimum of four to five years of practical experience within the plastics manufacturing industry is required.
Proficient in the operation of Johan, CMP, IBM (Injection Blow Molding), and John Hugh blow molding machines.
Possesses comprehensive expertise in machine configuration, mold adjustments, issue resolution, and routine maintenance procedures.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of quality control principles and adherence to safety protocols.
Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the capacity to consistently achieve production goals without direct oversight.
