Strategy & Growth: Formulate the annual brand strategy for Filed Nigeria, including pricing and positioning initiatives. Drive achievement of volume, value, and market share objectives.
Product & Innovation: Introduce new Filed product lines, tailoring items and packaging to align with the preferences and needs of Nigerian consumers.
Consumer Marketing: Develop comprehensive digital strategies, execute market storm initiatives, and orchestrate in-store activations. Collaborate with agencies to craft compelling plans that drive sales.
Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the Sales team to enhance product distribution and maximize visibility throughout Nigeria.
Requirements
With 4 to 6 years of brand management experience in the FMCG sector, preference will be given to candidates with a background in household, home care, or personal care products.
With a proven history of brand growth, you have demonstrated the ability to drive market share increases, execute successful product launches, or deliver measurable returns on marketing investments.
Required qualifications include robust analytical capabilities, a deep understanding of consumer behavior, expertise in digital marketing strategies, solid trade knowledge, and proficiency in executing marketing campaigns alongside data analysis.
Education requirements include a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field.
