PURPOSE
To develop, oversee, and refine supply chain planning processes and strategies for PFM operations, ensuring smooth collaboration among procurement, production, logistics, inventory control, sales, and demand planning.
THE JOB
Craft and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to guarantee a consistent supply of essential items, including raw materials, packaging supplies, additives, and other critical production components.
Work collaboratively with procurement teams to strategically identify, evaluate, and engage with suppliers, ensuring optimal sourcing and management of vendor relationships.
Collaborate closely with production, technical, quality, logistics, and sales departments to guarantee the availability of materials and adherence to delivery schedules.
Conduct in-depth evaluations of market demand patterns and project future supply needs to enhance inventory management and streamline production scheduling.
Monitor stock levels vigilantly and adopt lean inventory strategies to minimize waste while enhancing cash flow efficiency.
To create and execute risk mitigation strategies aimed at reducing potential disruptions within the supply chain.
Leverage ERP systems and data analytics tools to track supply chain performance and facilitate data-driven decision-making processes.
Examine supply chain key performance indicators to detect inefficiencies, refine predictive modeling precision, and elevate overall operational efficiency.
Drive ongoing enhancement efforts aimed at optimizing efficiency, reducing operational costs, and elevating service quality to exceptional standards.

A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
Seeking a candidate with at least five years of hands-on experience in a relevant field, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Familiarity with industry-specific software, tools, or methodologies is essential, along with a proven track record of delivering measurable results. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges are required, as is the capacity to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to liaise with stakeholders and convey complex information clearly.
A minimum of eight years of hands-on experience in supply chain planning, procurement, demand forecasting, or other relevant supply chain disciplines is required.
