Responsible for supervising the revision and enhancement of the Campus Champion Manual, which involves developing modules for the virtual learning lab and overseeing the knowledge delivery platform while identifying relevant subject-matter experts.
Oversee the virtual learning lab, learning circles, capstone sessions, and fellowship cohort experience to ensure seamless operations and participant engagement.
Design and oversee the Policy Lab, internal campus competitions, regional semifinals, and the national finale in Abu Dhabi, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
To cultivate partnerships aligned with specific sectors and themes, collaborate closely with governance and civic organizations to facilitate technical placements for finalist teams.
Organize and facilitate advisory meetings, kickoff sessions, and collaborative discussions involving multiple stakeholders.
As part of this role, you will cultivate and maintain strategic brokerage relationships with civic organizations, governance institutions, feminist networks, and policy actors.
Maintain accurate documentation, manage knowledge systems, and track outcomes through an effective dashboard to ensure comprehensive oversight and reporting.
