Job Summary
A leading multinational FMCG corporation is seeking a seasoned recruiter to oversee recruitment processes nationwide.
Key duties involve overseeing project timelines, coordinating team efforts, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards. Additionally, the role requires analyzing performance metrics, identifying process improvements, and supporting departmental objectives through strategic initiatives. Regular reporting and documentation tasks are also integral components of the position.
Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from start to finish, encompassing job advertisement, preliminary phone screenings, in-depth interviews, ongoing candidate engagement, and consistent communication with recruitment stakeholders and leadership.
Proactively source and identify qualified candidates by reviewing resumes across multiple recruitment platforms to meet hiring demands.
Review and assess resumes to identify and shortlist the most suitable candidates for the next stage of the hiring process.
Develop and expand applicant pipelines by identifying, researching, and engaging with community service providers, educational institutions, employment agencies, industry recruiters, media outlets, and online job boards.
Oversee the publication of job openings across high-performing recruitment platforms.
Seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field, along with proven experience in [specific industry/function, e.g., project management, software development, etc.]. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Proficiency in [specific tools/technologies, e.g., Microsoft Office, Python, CRM systems] is required. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience in [specific task/industry, e.g., Agile methodologies, financial reporting] is a plus.
With a minimum of two to three years of demonstrated recruitment expertise, either as an in-house recruiter, a headhunter, or within a recruitment agency—ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector—this role requires a proven track record in talent acquisition.
