Position Summary
The T&I Delivery / Domain Lead is a Partner-level position entrusted with full accountability for KPMG’s most substantial and intricate multi-country Technology & Innovation engagements throughout Africa. This role functions as the commercial and delivery cornerstone of the T&I practice, personally overseeing a revenue portfolio while spearheading the acquisition and leadership of large-scale transformation initiatives. Additionally, the incumbent is responsible for enhancing KPMG T&I’s reputation as the premier partner for clients in financial services, telecoms, energy, and government sectors. Serving as a key driver of the USD 100M run-rate goal by FY28, the Domain Lead carries an individual revenue target of USD 8–10M annually at steady state.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and executing critical tasks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and maintaining high standards of performance across all assigned duties. Ideal candidates will possess a proven track record in revenue management, portfolio strategy, and a deep understanding of market dynamics to maximize returns.

Maintain strict adherence to RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) discipline across all projects, proactively intervening at the first sign of elevated delivery risk.
Ensure personal portfolio gross margin targets of 30% are consistently met, taking full responsibility for addressing any shortfalls that fall below the established threshold.
Evaluate and approve all modifications to project scope, subcontractor contracts, and commercial adjustments within portfolio agreements.
