Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Entry-Level Travel Consultant to join our team.
This role is ideal for individuals who love travel and customer service and are eager to learn about the travel industry.
You will assist clients in planning their trips, provide travel recommendations, and support senior travel agents in day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel insurance.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Maintain and update client travel records in the booking system.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and promotional offers.
Assist in preparing travel documents, itineraries, and invoices.
Handle administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Passion for travel and willingness to learn about the industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of travel booking platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
