We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with specific experience in the real estate industry
This role involves creating visually appealing marketing materials that effectively communicate our clients’ property offerings and brand messages
Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including property brochures, email campaigns, pitch books, and other promotional content.
Develop logos and branding elements that reflect the company’s values and mission.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging visuals for digital platforms, ensuring consistency across all media channels
Assist in the creation of proposals and presentations, incorporating floor plans, site plans, and other relevant graphics.
Manage and update the company’s social media presence with visually appealing content
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2 – 4 years proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate industry.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout techniques
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
Knowledge of web design and user experience principles.
Familiarity with social media management and content creation.
