Responsible for setting up and configuring systems, software, and hardware to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with existing infrastructure. Tasks include installing operating systems, applications, and network components, as well as configuring settings to meet organizational requirements. Requires proficiency in system administration, troubleshooting installation issues, and adhering to established protocols for deployment and maintenance.

Responsibilities include visiting customer locations to set up and customize ISP services, such as internet access, routers, modems, and additional networking devices.

Ensure precise installation and connectivity by adhering strictly to installation guidelines, technical specifications, and established company procedures.

Evaluate the functionality of deployed services to confirm they achieve the intended levels of speed, dependability, and quality.

Provide comprehensive instruction to customers regarding the correct operation and ongoing upkeep of installed systems and services.

Efficiently identifies, diagnoses, and resolves technical issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance, employing systematic problem-solving methodologies and advanced diagnostic tools to address user concerns promptly and effectively.

Investigate and rectify technical challenges associated with network connectivity, equipment malfunctions, and service interruptions.

Handle customer complaints and service requests promptly, delivering efficient, satisfactory resolutions to address their concerns effectively.

Work closely with internal teams, including coordinators, network operations, and support staff, to efficiently escalate and resolve complex issues as needed.

Prepare thorough records of all customer communications, service inquiries, and resolutions to identified issues.
