Facility Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance, operations and management of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained.

Job Responsibilities

Running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors and maintaining records of assets and repairs/ work done.
Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company’s policy and procedures.
Check completed work by vendors and contractors.
Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical and facility design modifications.
Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in facility management.
Proven track record of successfully managing facilities and teams.
Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
