Responsibilities
School Operations Management:

Oversee daily school operations including facilities management, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure that the school’s infrastructure and resources are effectively maintained and optimally utilized.

Staff Supervision and Development:

Manage non-teaching staff, including administrative personnel and support staff.
Organize professional development opportunities and training for administrative and support staff.

Financial Management:

Oversee the school budget, financial planning, and expenditures.
Ensure financial accountability and transparency, and prepare financial reports for school leadership.

Safety and Compliance:

Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for students and staff.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and policies affecting school operations.

Strategic Planning:

Participate in the development and implementation of strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with the co-founders and the management team to align administrative strategies with educational goals.

Stakeholder Relations:

Act as a point of contact for external parties including sponsors, vendors and regulatory agencies.
Engage with parents and community members to enhance support for school initiatives.

Technology Integration:

Oversee technology integration into school operations to enhance administrative efficiency and communication.

Requirements

Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 4 – 5 years of experience.
