Waitress / Supervisor Chef / Cook

Responsibilities

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently.
Greet and serve customers professionally, ensuring a high-quality dining experience.
Supervise waitstaff and ensure smooth service operations.
Train and mentor junior staff members.
Manage reservations and coordinate table assignments.
Assist in stock control and inventory management.
Support management in daily operational tasks.
Manage orders, payments, and reservations efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.

Requirements

HND / BSc Degree in Hospitality management or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the Hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
