JOB SUMMARY
The Forklift Operators Supervisor will manage daily forklift operations in the factory and workshop, enforce safety standards, assess operator efficiency, and facilitate seamless material flow between production units.
Oversee and execute a range of critical responsibilities, including the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align objectives, streamline processes, and ensure seamless project execution. Monitor key performance indicators to assess progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed. Serve as a liaison between departments to foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and maintain a unified approach to achieving organizational goals. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices to uphold high standards of quality and integrity. Manage resources effectively to optimize productivity while balancing budgetary constraints and timelines. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate insights, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.

Responsible for securely loading, unloading, stacking, and transporting materials while maintaining strict adherence to safety protocols.
Oversee forklift operations to enforce adherence to prescribed maintenance schedules and operational protocols.
Ensure strict adherence to workplace health and safety regulations to maintain a secure and compliant working environment.
Perform regular forklift inspections and immediately document any detected faults for follow-up action.
Provide instruction and mentorship to forklift operators to ensure adherence to optimal operational procedures.
Partner with workshop personnel, production staff, and management teams to maintain seamless operational workflows.
Oversee fuel and battery utilization to maintain optimal operational performance and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum qualification of Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) is required.
Requires demonstrated expertise in supervising forklift operations or equivalent managerial experience within a warehouse or industrial environment.
Professionally, candidates possessing a current forklift operator certification will be given preference during the selection process.
Exceptional leadership capabilities coupled with outstanding communication proficiency are essential for this role.
Demonstrates a solid grasp of safety protocols and operational guidelines relevant to workshop and factory environments. Familiarity with established safety measures and regulatory standards is required.
Proven capability to perform efficiently under tight deadlines while coordinating the efforts of various operators.
