We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Operator Intern to support our production team in operating and maintaining manufacturing machines. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in an FMCG environment, learn about production processes, and develop essential technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in operating production machines under the supervision of experienced operators.
Monitor machine performance and report any malfunctions or irregularities.
Support routine maintenance activities to ensure smooth machine operations.
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Follow all safety and operational procedures while handling equipment.
Keep production areas clean and organized to maintain a safe working environment.
Learn and apply basic troubleshooting techniques to minimize machine downtime.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
Requirements:
Min of National Diploma (ND) or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any discipline.
Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in a manufacturing setting.
Basic understanding of machinery operation and maintenance procedures is an advantage.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Must be safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Location is Agbara-Igbesa (Ogun Free-Trade Zone, Lusada) and Proximity to the location is crucial as accommodation will not be provided.
