The Growth & Digital Marketing Lead will spearhead the engineering initiatives essential to achieving the ambitious 10x revenue growth target.
This professional will oversee the entirety of corporate advertising expenditures across various digital platforms, evaluate conversion pathways, refine user acquisition strategies, and establish strong local brand recognition.
Oversee and execute essential duties associated with the position, including managing core operations and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and foster innovation. Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies while upholding high standards of accountability. Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Serve as a key liaison between departments to facilitate seamless communication and coordination. Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budgetary constraints and resource allocation guidelines.
We develop, execute, implement, and continuously refine paid advertising strategies across Meta Ads Manager (including Instagram and Facebook) and the TikTok Ads platform, with the objective of generating high-intent conversion traffic for our website.
Develop, monitor, and maintain a robust tracking infrastructure comprising the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and custom event definitions to ensure precise reporting of Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Design and oversee the digital content calendar, leading video production and editing efforts—specifically Reels and TikToks—centered around high-impact conversion hooks such as “The NATO Playground Stress Test” and “The NATO Bend Challenge.”
Oversee the full spectrum of communication, asset distribution, and customized affiliate tracking frameworks tailored for contracted ‘Ambassadors’, parent bloggers, and micro-influencers.
Evaluate web performance metrics, user session recordings, heatmaps, and funnel drop-off points on foci.ng to consistently implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
We are seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications and professional criteria. The ideal applicant must possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in the industry. Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools is essential, as is a strong understanding of best practices and compliance standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate adaptability, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
With a proven track record spanning 3 to 5 years, you bring hands-on expertise in growth hacking, performance marketing, or steering direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce campaigns specifically within the Nigerian market.
Accomplished proficiency in leveraging Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, Shopify/WooCommerce administration, and sophisticated tracking frameworks for optimal performance.
Competence in crafting compelling copy tailored to discerning, value-focused Nigerian parents is essential, complemented by proficiency in intermediate-level mobile video editing tools such as Cap Cut, Canva, and Premiere Rush.
