The Team Lead, Sales is responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Sales Strategy and Planning:

Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Customer Relationship Management:
Ensure the team maintains strong customer relationships.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Utilize CRM systems to manage sales activities and customer information.
Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Qualifications:
