Senior HR Associate

Roles & Responsibilities 

Employee Lifecycle Management:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Administer employee benefits and allowances.
Support career management initiatives, including promotions, transfers, and role changes.

People Development:

Implement internship, training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Track employee performance and support managers in performance evaluation.
Develop career growth strategies and succession planning frameworks.

Employee Happiness:

Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being and satisfaction.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide support as needed.
Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement activities and feedback mechanisms.

Skills Set and Values

Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and data management.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Experience and Qualifications

A University degree or equivalent certification. 
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an HR or related role.
Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and people development.
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.
