Our organization, a top HR outsourcing company, is seeking a Sales Manager to help grow the company’s outsourcing business in the human resource industry. The ability to find clients looking for personal or corporate drivers.
Remuneration: N150,000 TO N250,000
Job Responsibilities
Utilize market research to find new business prospects and make contact.
Sourcing for companies that need drivers.
Deciding on the most practical, cost-effective strategy to seek new business possibilities in collaboration with company management.
Sourcing for potential customers looking to outsource their recruitment or payroll needs.
Produce business improvement proposals for current clients using the company’s services.
Building and maintaining strong connections with existing clients and other stakeholders in the business.
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
Analyzing discrepancies in the recruitment process and finding solutions.
Carrying out market research to find new business chances.
Supervise internal staff to meet target and customer satisfaction.
Participate in the recruitment of staff to meet client’s expectations.
Manage staff, including their benefit and payroll.
Maintain and grow staff strength of existing clients through client relationships.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in Business Development with the Manpower/ Outsourcing industry.
Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Strong business acumen.
