HR Intern

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. 

This internship will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and offer valuable insights into recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities, such as preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation sessions.   
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and report generation.
Support employee relations activities, such as organizing employee events and assisting with employee inquiries.
Assist with special HR projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.   
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.   
Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.   
Strong attention to detail.
