Responsibilities:
Oversee bar operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service to enhance guest satisfaction.
Develop and maintain the bar menu, keeping it innovative and in line with customer preferences and seasonal offerings.
Manage and train bar staff, promoting a collaborative and high-energy team environment.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the bar area.
Accurately handle cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, reconciling transactions and managing daily cash flow.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage relationships with suppliers.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations.
