Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Providers’ Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor of Nursing Science (B.NSc.) and a strong background in healthcare provider management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual agreements.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance provider engagement and performance.
Monitor service quality and address provider-related issues promptly.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve healthcare service delivery.
Conduct regular assessments and audits of provider networks.
Requirements
Must have a B.NSc. (Bachelor of Nursing Science).
Proven experience in provider network management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and policies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be available for immediate resumption.
