We are seeking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Conduct site visits and property inspections with prospective buyers.
Maintain and update client databases with accurate and detailed records.
Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to engage potential clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Handle customer inquiries, provide property details, and facilitate negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales and marketing.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and CRM software.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
