Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
Certified by MLSCN or equivalent.
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic laboratory setting.
Proficiency in laboratory techniques, equipment handling, and quality control measures.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of relevant laboratory software and reporting tools is an advantage.
