Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Managing Director’s Office and also provide support to top management ensuring seamless communication, and providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing documents.
Communication: Manage communication on behalf of the top management, including responding to emails, phone calls, and messages.
Scheduling: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for the managing Director.
Document Management: Prepare, edit, and manage documents, reports, and presentations. Also take minutes in management meetings
Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Special Projects: Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the Executive Director/CEO.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Suite, and other productivity software.
