Responsibilities
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects for the SME Banking Segment.
Establish a strong relationship with prospects and customers.
To drive sustainable growth, acquisition of new customers with a focus on long-term relationship building for the SME Banking.
Prompt response to customer enquiries on products or existing account queries and effect satisfactory outcomes.
To conduct direct marketing of the company’s products and services to help maximize revenue.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and reports, such as daily call reports, weekly and monthly work plans.
Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
Ensure that all lending practices adhere to regulatory standards, internal policies and stay up to date with industry trends.
Requirements
HND / B.Sc in Marketing or a related field is required.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Sales.
Strong relationship management, process management and execution skills.
Microfinance experience preferred.
A good understanding of risk, credit policies and procedures.
High Level of Integrity.
