Responsibilities
Maintain and repair faulty POS
Provide field and remote support to the merchants.
Visit the merchant locations in Lagos or other country regions.
Maintain a detailed record of all complaints and issues related to the merchant’s POS system, along with their resolutions.
Gives weekly report of all merchants visited
Hardware and Software installation, configuration, and training on POS functionality.
Qualifications
A recent graduate with 1 year work experience in the field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
He must be smart and be self-driven and able to take initiative
Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite.
Good Relationship skills and emotional intelligence skills
Must be a skilled motorcycle rider.
A comprehensive knowledge of the roadways in Lagos is essential
