Position Summary

Review documents, postings, and figures to ensure accurate entries, correct mathematical calculations, and appropriate coding.

Organize, safeguard, and oversee all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents, ensuring strict compliance with established policies and procedures.

Record, manage, and retrieve computerized financial data, as well as perform detailed analyses as needed. Develop and maintain precise electronic spreadsheets to organize financial and accounting information. Accurately categorize, encode, and consolidate numerical and financial data to compile and preserve financial records, utilizing journals, ledgers, and/or computerized systems.

Compile, manage, and disseminate accurate statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports and tables on a regular basis.

Prepare and finalize period-end closing procedures and reports in accordance with established guidelines.

Prepare, compile, and validate bills, invoices, and account statements in strict adherence to established company protocols, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.

Adhere strictly to all established company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and professional uniform and personal presentation; safeguard proprietary information with confidentiality; preserve company assets; and ensure the privacy and security of both guests and coworkers.

Address guests’ service requirements with professionalism, positivity, and efficiency. Communicate with others using clear, polished language; meticulously draft and verify written materials; and handle telephone and email correspondence with proper etiquette.

Responsibilities include manually moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and positioning objects weighing up to 10 pounds without aid.

Foster constructive working relationships with colleagues by actively collaborating to achieve shared objectives and attentively addressing team members’ concerns with appropriate responses.

Complete all other pertinent job responsibilities as assigned by supervisors, ensuring timely and thorough execution.

Seeking candidates with the following preferred qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least three years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in industry-standard software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. Familiarity with project management methodologies and prior leadership experience are highly desirable. Candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

A high school diploma or its equivalent, such as a G.E.D., is required.

A minimum of one year of relevant professional experience is required.

We are seeking candidates who have not yet held supervisory positions.

No certification or license is required for this position.
